The time of the seed to germinate, the time of the seedling to grow, the time to bear fruit, the time of the soil to regenerate.This "slow" vision of time is the result of the various experiences in Italy and abroad that have led us to "go home" and practice that longed-for dream of simplicity.We are a farm that inherits experiences and knowledge from the company of the Irpinia grandparents and the company of the Samnite parents. Our fields extend between Irpinia and Sannio. We produce, process and market cereals, legumes and medicinal plants .The whole company is in organic conversion . We operate with organic techniques and we are strongly convinced that the short supply chain , the Km0 , the product certification are prerequisites for a new form of business , more aware, devoted to the recovery of local traditions , to the reduction of the environmental impact.The area cultivated by us extends for 18 ha in the Samnite municipalities of Calvi and San Giorgio del Sannio and 12 ha in the Irpino municipality of Gesualdo.We leave many spaces of our land uncultivated trying to promote the restoration of a dynamic ecosystem where plants, animals and "animal-humans" can connect.We are registered in the List of Guardian Growers of the Campania Region.We believe in the recovery and protection of seeds of ancient varieties no longer cultivated and at risk of extinction, we have sown the "senatore cappelli" durum wheat, the "gentil rosso" soft wheat , the einkorn spelled, barley, oats, the saragolla.The headquarters of our company is in Cubante. Location with a strong agricultural vocation that hides infinite treasures. The Cubante, in fact, was crossed by the Via Appia Antica which crossed the river Calore on the Ponte Appiano (broken bridge); a monumental bridge that connected Beneventum to Aeclanum."The Appia is an open-air museum", we consider ourselves lucky and honored to be able to take up the baton and pass it on to future generations.
